# User

The User menu is for standard, non-administrator access on IODD devices that support AES256 hardware encryption, including ST400, MINI PRO, and LK100. A user PIN can unlock the encrypted disk with only the permissions granted by the administrator.

Use this section when you need to understand how a standard user logs in, which encryption functions are available, and how administrator-managed permissions affect daily operation.
